bulb changing on headliner light

I was wondering if you could change the colors of the lights on the headliner... like i wanted to make the bulb a different color? Can you do that?

Sure. Just put a bulb condom on. Check the APC aisle at PepBoys.

on my one 1g, i cut the two small clear lenses out of the light cover itself, then cut apart a red marker light (like 2 bucks at walmart) and glued the two flat side peices in place of the old lenses.

Check Pepboys..I've seen Red bulbs there and There pretty bright my friend has 'em in his car. all they are is a diff. color replacement bulb. if not get the color marker u want and cover the bulb with it. DON'T Use Sharpie..Use like a Crayola

If you want to do a lot of changing, and you have basic wiring skills, buy some LED's and 470 ohm resistors. When you buy them off ebay in bulk they are really cheap a piece, but they still cost like 20-25 up front. You get 50 Led's or so for that though.
