brakes, is it normal?

Hi.
It is normal that the brakes don't work fine in the morning, it's very hard to stop the car, when the car is warming up. after 15 min, the brakes work proper.

That is not normal. Check your lines for leaks and bleed the system.
 
Sounds like some glazed pads to me. If there were a leak, air in the lines or low fluid than it would be the same hot or cold.

No leaks and purged the system last week.
So do you think that i need to change the brake pads?

This seems like problem. You need to change your rotors and pads and do a proper break in on them. The problem is only going to get worse if you don't get it fixed ASAP

What are you doing with the car? if you're just daily driving the car then just get something from any auto parts store. With pads I always get ceramic pads as they dissipate heat much better than a normal pad.

If you want something in the more performance market then I would suggest some slotted rotors and decent set of performance pads. Others can suggest some good pads as I only use race pads now. I do know that going for some EBC pads have not been the best performance pads for me and others on here so I would recommend them. I hope others can chime in and help you if you're looking in the performance market.
 
I've been using Hawk HPS pads for a while now and they have been great. I used EBC Green Stuff and didn't like them at all. Seem to have uneven wear.
 
You DO NOT have to buy new rotors unless the old ones are out of spec. Most parts stores can turn your rotors for around 12 bucks a rotor. For pads, if the car is your daily driver I would just pick up a set of semi metallic pads. They don't last as long as a ceramic, but they do grip well, and are cheap.
 
im using wagners on all 4, they work nice. dont get wearevers i had issues with squeeking after about 1500 miles. also as bryanwheat said you shouldnt have to replace the rotors unless they are out of spec. if they are pulsating now but are in spec you may be able to get them cut

Bryan have you ever bought the brake kits on rockauto... For my company truck I went with them, the brand is called Powerstop. On a GMC 1500HD with the big brakes, I got both front rotors and their Z16 ceramic pads for $120 shipped. Installed them today, I'm impressed. Measured runout, less than .002".

Looks like a 92 Talon runs around $110 for an entire front/rear brake job...
 
Powerstop are descent for sure! Also to the o.p. its possible your brake fluid is to blame here! Have you ever flushed your system out to clean out all the old fluid? Over time brake fluid becomes too saturated with excess moisture, which causes it to degrade. Once moisture content reaches a certain level the brake fluid is no longer able to function properly in the brake hydraulic systems. There is another reason that moisture is bad in your brake lines. Water can boil. If the fluid in your brake fluid boils, it can engage the brakes, or change the way they behave. In the right climate that water can freeze too. Its possible in the morning more mosture is present and as your car heats up the mosture in the fluid goes away and the brakes work alittle better again. Anythings possibe bro! You should actually change the brake fluid once a year. Which means flushing out the whole system with denatured alcohol until the system runs clean then you add brake fluid till its full and bleed properly again!
