I am still running my old 14b at 17psi as wanted to get a bit more experience with tuning and solve a few problems I am having with phantom knock and low o2 readings at wot but curious since I just installed some of the colder plugs and think the car is stumbling or running rough here and there.I have brand new ngk wires and brand new coilpacks.
So do the 7es foul in normal traffic driving if you aren't going to full boost and staying there for a bit.Would I be better of to go back to the 6 or my iridiums that I was using, stock heat range iridium ngk?

I plan on trying to run about 17 to 20psi with my new 50 trim but likely not without a new fmic.

BPR7ES (or BP7ES) should be OK. However, if you need to move your car (for whatever reason), don't start it up, move it right away, and shut it off. If I do that, mine's rough to get started again. Heavy build up on plugs. Let it warm up a little before you shut 'er down. YMMV of course...

Sounds like they may be too cold for your setup. What the hell, splurge the twelve bucks for a set of 6s and see how they do.

You will be fine with either the 6's or 7's.

Just do like Defiant says and get yourself a set of 6's should the 7's not work out for you.

I use BPR7ES on my stock setup.

I used to use Bosch Platinums (do'h!) and kept wondering why i always get CEL around 2K miles into the new plugs. I have around 4 sets within 2 months and decided to buy better wires and copper plugs for it. It's been running and idling great since.

They are fine for daily driving.
