How much of a difference/performance wise does a 2g ported O2 housing, 2g Exh Manifold, and 14b Turbo is there? Than stock untouched?? like 20 whp? and like what 2 more pounds of boost and faster spool?

And how much of a Difference does a 190 or 255 Fuel pump than stock with stock Injectors?

Oh where to start.......First......nobody can say exactly how much hp porting the manifold and O2 housing will give you. It will make a difference but not alot without other supporting mods.....exhaust, intake, etc. Second.......a 190 will flow 190liters per hour and a 255 will flow 255lph. I'm not sure what the stock pump flows but it's not much. If you upgrade to the 255lph pump you will have to get an AFPR. Granted if you upgrade your pump you injectors will not flow any more then 450cc. You can turn the fuel pressure up but it is not a good tuning tool.

you can get higher boost levels with any turbo by adjusting/regulating the wastgate on the turbo. but the question is at what psi does the turbo heat the air to much to effectively create horsepower I think this is what you are asking. and I dont know for sure so i wont make an assumption.
as for a 190 or 220 fuel pump, as stated you need a fuel pressure regulator to use this.
to adjust the fuel pressure to get propper fueling. and then you need something to read the air/fuel pressure "wide band" so you know how much to adjust the fuel pressure for propper fueling. really not something a novice should attempt with out some assistance from a knowledgeable person.

Porting is more of directing exhaust flow and more on the boost control side. I didnt have anything ported before my swap, but now a new motor and Big ported 16g o2 hosing I get no creep at all, and im still running 9lbs. Beofre I would creep up to 20 lbs and get fuel cut sometimes.

Basically by porting you will eliminate 99.9% of boost creep, but if you are looking to change those parts or eventually get a bigger turbo, I would reccomend porting it anyway, it's always good to do if you have some extra down time and or are bored...;). Like syclone and hereitcomes said, it depends on what you want to do and the 14b will prob flow more efficiently and you will be able to achieve higher boost, but your gains will depend on supporting mods.
