Just installed a new clutch and ever since then I've been having non stop problems. The enagagment feels very hard. I just bought a new clutch Replaced master cylinder, slave and that clutch damper aswell and my car still drives odd. When in any gear it sounds like theres a grinding/sanding noise coming from the clutch area, and when put into neutral the sound goes away. could it be that I need to adjust the clutch rod a bit more? I had clutch pump up like crazy and adjusted the rod and top bolt on the clutch pedal but it still doesn't feel like a normal clutch feel, The original clutch I had on there was a act 2600 and I can shift easy with that clutch but with this new clutch it grabs really hard in every gear, even when I slowly let off the clutch, first gear always jumps. The shop I bought it from says it is made for 320 whp to 370 whp street/drag cars. I'm around 250 whp right now but after tuning it it will be around 320 whp. So I was wondering if this is normal?

Also about 2 weeks ago I downshifted into 3rd and when at full boost the car would vibrate and the vibrating sound was coming from the engine area. Ever since then the car doesn't boost and just loses power. So I've been granny shifting all the time and driving under boost till I figure out whats wrong. Any ideas? thanks
