Where are most common leaks found at?? I don't know if its possible but mine sounds as if its coming from the valve cover area?? Or right behind the head on the intake side?? Very fast just not too loud to find. Tbanks

Check your pcv valve or it's most likely valve seals leaking if it's escaping into the valve cover.

Check the lower insulators on the injectors. The rubber grommets that fit around the injector spittle cap. If they are the factory insulators they probably feel like plastic by now and are leaking. You can pick up these rubber grommets from lowes or Home Depot for 50-99 cents a piece. The attached picture are the ones you need from Lowes, come 2 in a package for 98 cents, you need two packages.

Sounds good, i did find another at the one screw on the t-body.
Now when doing the test it should stay holding without dropping or is any allowed and at what rate?? How bout if my valves are left slightly open, I'm on Tdc though.

I shoot for 1psi drop per second above 30 psi and 1 psi drop every 2 seconds from about 25 psi and lower. I BLT to 40 psi and thats a lot of pressure to try and hold perfectly!!!

If you are testing from the turbo inlet then some pressure will push past the oil seal in the turbo and down the drain hose and into the oil pan and pressurize the crankcase. It would build decent pressure it if didn't have anywhere to vent (ie; catch can) Thats where most of mine goes. There is always some piston ring blowby, and depending if the car is at operating temp or not, then you can have a lot more blowby.

I have one of these http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=23369 between my SMIM & VC since the stock PCV won't even hold back 10 psi!!!
