Hey guys.
I tested a while back, and found that I was loosing boost from my shaft seals.
Replaced them today.

Now I'm only getting up to like 8 psi and i hear air coming from the valve cover? 'Specially when i take the oil cap off.

Is it just an intake valve open? Or is there something that I'm not doing right?

Tester to turbo inlet, IC pipes all tight.

Do I need to hold a constant supply of air to it?

You can still use the PCV just get an inline check valve like this to use in conjunction with the PCV 3/8" Kynar® Standard Check Valves | U.S. Plastic Corp.

Also, you need to test any PCV you buy by blowing into it. If you can blow through it, it's no good. I've even gone through 4 OEM valves before finding one that sealed. I now use the valve listed above also with my PCV so no more worries of it leaking now.
