alright well i know my car has boost leaks and i was testing for them yesterday trying to pin point where they are coming from. What i have came up with is that one is back by the throttle body and the other is actually coming from my turbo. Now the problem is i cant find out where it is on the throttle body but when i push the spring on the back of it down it goes away. Is it just air passing threw the throttle body making it sound like its a leak? Also what do i do about my turbo leak. Its like coming from a little hole on the back side of the housing. right where that little hole/notch is there is air coming out of there. How do i fix this?

On the turbo there is an o-ring seal that seals the compressor housing to the center cartridge. That’s where your leak is coming from it gets brittle as it gets old after heating up and cooling down over and over. Its a 5$ part from the dealer. The throttle body one is the seals on the plenum shaft. Go here http://www.ca.dsm.org/faq/tb-shaftseals.html tell you how to replace.

hey is there anywhere i can get these O rings online for the turbo because the closest dealership is a long ways away.

thanks for the site man i really appreciate it. I was wondering if this is actually goin to be a hard job for changing the O ring. I was planning on gettin a new turbo later on this summer so i'm wondering if its worth the work of changing this O ring or is it pretty easy?
