I did a boost leak test today, and notice air leaking out of my injectors after 6+ psi. I removed the fuel rail with my injectors but didn't notice any gaskets, o rings, in the bottom on the injector to change. What can i do to fix this leak?

OMG thiers suppose to be an o-ring around the injector it appears yours is missing. Most DSM sites sell them.
mitch

Yea, the only place its gonna leak would be those seals that are most likely stuck on your injectors or in the manifold. You shouldnt need a new set, maybe the 3 bolts that hold the rail in are not tight enough. If it does turn out to be the seals, just go to the local junkyard. Basically any Mitsu will use the same ones.

nope no seals all i saw and felt was metal and the hose and the bottom on the injector, does anyone have pics of their stock injectors or someone can draw me a sketch in paint on were the gaskets suppose to be?

the hole in the intake mani is too big for the bottom of the injector. If there were no O-ring there, the injector would have about 2 millimeters of room on either side. Here is a sketch. The green thing is the injector, the black thing below it is the large bottom O-ring.

Thanks Coldandafraid for the pic, yeah i still have my o rings, i didnt know that the rubber was hard, i thought the bottom black part on the injectors were metal. Does Autozone sell replacement O rings? Also do i have to worry bout not/never hearing a hisssssssss when i remove my fuel cap? (meaning no pressure in gas tank) Do i maybe have a leak in my fuel lines or top of injectors? The top of the injectors seem to have no sign of leaks.

As for Autozone, give 'em a call. As for your gas tank, maybe you've got a bad gasket on your gas cap.
