Boost Cut?

[240GTR]

A buddy of mines Eclipse with a 6 Bolt swap, all egr components, and vac lines removed, will only boost to 11 psi. We've checked everything, tried bending the actuator arm to get more, putting t's in the WG line, and nothing, always hits 6 psi, and no more.

Anyone have any ideas?

What is the turbo setup? MBC, turbo, sidemount, etc.. etc...
Might be able to figure it out with more info.

It's a 6-Bolt swap, with most all vac lines removed, just needed ones for fpr, and turbo stuff, SMIC, stock turbo, 550cc injectors.
