Boost controller tap on turbo??

I do not have a flat spot on the turbo and was wonder if I need one I order to install this tap?? I already have the tap and bits so I wanna get this thing rolling. Thanks

No need for a flat spot. Tap it any where as long as it's clear through and in the discharge.

Make sure to clean up all the aluminum shavings!

No you dont need a flat spot. I would tap it a little above the blue coupler. Thats where mine was tapped on my 20g comp housing.
