Bolt List?

For those of us doing complete engine and trans swaps, is there a list of nut and bolt sizes someplace for all common 2G fasteners? Stuff like all external engine fasteners, flywheel & clutch, trans to block, manifolds, mounts, misc.?

There are many variations of ;
6x1.0
8x1.25
10x1.25
10x1.5
12x1.25
12x1.5
14x1.5

grades 4,7,8,10
various lenghts, various washers, etc.

Thats a quickie off the top of my head...
