Ok so I have a Cel code P0505 which is ISC. I replaced that but the high idle problem still exists. I have done countless boost leak test and fixed all that I have found. Under heavy acceleration my car bogs and stutters no matter the rpm but i noticed today if i just creep up to high rpm it will do just fine. I'm starting to think it might be a fuel issue but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

I was looking at your list of mods on your profile and was wondering how many psi you are running and what kind of fuel mods you have? It could be a fuel issue or spark plugs/wires. I was having the same sort of trouble for a while. Until I checked my spark plug gap and found it to be way off for the amount of boost I was running, I fixed that and got some new 8mm wires and my problem was fixed.

well my boost gauge just broke so its running stock waste gate right now at about 12 or 13psi. The fuel system is all stock. I bought the car not too long ago and I thought it was odd the the fuel system was stock and wasn't sure if it would cause any problems around 13psi or not. I've just been going back over what the last guy did fixing and replacing things here and there. I'm going to check the spark plugs/wires and fuel filter next.

Its good that you are going back over all of that stuff, doing routine maintenance stuff when you get a car can save you a lot of headaches later!
