Block Identification confussion

I have a 1990 gst and i am confused about if its a turbo block or not. It has a knock sensor, On the front next to the dip stick it says 4g63 and on the back it has a 73t cast on the back by the knock senson. The vin number of the car says it turbo. Im not sure about the block because i thought the turbo ones had 4g63t stanped on the front. i have read so many post and i get a different answer to my question and get a little confused.

Are there oil squirters under the cylinder bores? The vin saying it's from a turbo car should be right. The blocks only say 4g63 no matter which one it is.

If it has squirters under the pistons then it is a turbo block, that is the only difference between the two.
