Black Steel Braided Hoses and Fittings?

Yo Guys, I've been trying to find these hoses for quite some time and so far no luck. Any help would be great.

I've been told that they have them at summitracing but there are like a million different types, kinds, and fabrics of each one.

Both Goodridge and XRP makes them. Not cheap, but looks very nice and very durable.

Russell Plumbing makes black/polished fittings but not in a -16 or -20 size for the rad hoses. You could always get some regular or uncoated -16 or -20 fittings and have them anodized.

Russell also makes a black with blue flecks hose called the Pro Classic hose.

im sure your can just get the an fittings from summit and then the line from them as weel and get then get the fittings welded in.. they are amazing looking though

Idk anything about them but looking through the gallery I have seen them on members rides, gives cars a nice clean look better then rubber, and goes great with chrome.

That looks like Earl's brand Pro-Lite hose with AnoTuff fittings. You can get them anywhere, but this is my favorite source:

Thanks a lot guys. Anybody know what the radiator hose size is on a 420a off the top of their head?

Wait, are you thinking of just using the "braided" race hose and use worm clamps to hold them onto the radiator and thermostat housing?

That's what it sounds like.

Best think to do is get the an fittings installed on the thermostat housing and then get an aluminum radiator with the an's welded in as well. Then use the proper size hosing/fittings to connect them.

I would use the fittings. Im going to replace my stock radiator soon because one of fins is pretty smashed in. I want to do something like this so im trying to do the research first.
