I'm doing some interior mods, looking for turned stainless or aluminum for console inserts and a dash panel. Does anyone know where I can get blank sheets about 1' x 3'.

dude... there HAS GOT to be a place localy for you. There are tons of places to get metal near me. The best place is a huge warehouse near me called Alro Steel. Find some metal factories, most of them you can walk into and get stuff... You don't HAVE to order steel by the ton from those places.
