The 20g compressor I used off eBay had straight fins. It had no surge issues, unlike my mhi 20g.
Very interesting and good to know!

Why not one of kamak's 9 blades?I bought one of these wheels recently...still deciding what turbine to pair it up with to get the maximum amount of spool versus airflow potential (clipped TD05H, TD06SL2, TD06, or TD06H).
I don't like using aftermarket turbine wheels with my expensive billet compressor wheel, which is why my least-favorite choice is the TD06SL2.
Must've misunderstood their description. They make it seem like their turbine squeezes every bit of efficiency out of that billet wheel though! There is no billet inconel.

Maybe to much of a wide angle lens? The blades look really tall.
Those don't look right... That 11 blade looks like a 14b.
Less air flow out of a billet extended tip? If that's the case why has every company this year switched to the 11 blade design?
I would expect 3-5 more lbs/min with that billet wheel. If you want maximum power, that compressor wheel with a td06h/4 is the way to go.
Wow, they offer several variations of the 20G wheel.
From what I understand, the wheel with more blades will be more efficient at lower boost levels, and the one with fewer (but larger/more surface area on the blades) will flow more at higher boost levels.
If it were me, I'd go with the one with fewer blades.
Awesome prices, too, as long as the wheels work and don't explode on us.
Where are you guys getting the 8cm turbines from?
Super Boobs... I mean Subaru's. Kinugawa makes new housings also. You can get 8cm housings in both TD05H and TD06, most are flanged for a T3.
syty's came with a t3 8cm housing thats td06. There is a 8cm td05h housings(mitsu flange) not sure where they came from. Hahn made 10cm t3 td05h housings
