Im just wondering if I install this turbo what will i approx. gain on HP or torque in a stock motor

Car runs low 13's at about 105mph. I cant wait to get injectors and a big turbo, but my car is ready for a big turbo, dont jump into it too fast.

Get the Evo III, but make sure it isn't the Evo III GT. The GT isn't made by Mitsubishi, it is a copy of the Evo III, but they made some compromises in the flow of the compressor.
