when i park my car this winter, I am planning on doing a bunch of work on it. probably starting with turbo(big 16g) and the evo manifold? Just wondering what kinda of power increase i would be seeing with that? I know it's not going to be monsterous but?

Thanks

You won't see a power increase unless you turn up the boost and have supporting mods to handle it.

Well I have an after market fuel pump(carter 190 im pretty sure) my exhaust is pretty much straight(with the have to bends, no cat no resinator, or anything) to the mufler, boost guage have, Wanting to get a decent boost controller this summer.

Will i have a big notice on just that?

Regulator is in AFPR...\SAFC?
Would 550 injectors be sufficient for this?

It will be a huge increase from the 14b, as long as you do it right with all the supporting mods (fuel pump, injectors, regulator, boost control, boost guage, free flowing exhaust, logging/tuning tools).

It all Depends on your boost level. In my opinion, the big 16g does not really produce big power until about 18psi. It will be kind of hard to get to 18psi without hitting fuel cut with just the mods you have. 550 injectors might be enough, you will def. need the boost controller, the AFPR, and some sort of SAFC. OR DSMLINK if you got the $$$$
