Second tool is much better in my opinion. The other one is pretty quick though if you're good with it.
 
I have the one with the bar that goes a across the head and the level you push down by hand.. Can"t find the link but I bought it of a ebay, works great when the head is on, all you need to do is compress the cyclinder with air
 
I have used both. The first one is fastest for dis-assembly, the 2nd one makes re-assembly easier imho. I am not a man in a hurry, so the one I chose to buy was the 2nd one, as I always take my time when doing these things, so the extra time in dis-assembly doesn't really bother me.
