best rods and pistons for a 4G64T

Alright guys, im building a hybrid 4G64 block w/ 4G63 head, etc. Now my qustion is, seems i know nothing of rods and pistons, who makes the best rods a pistons for a 2.4L turbo aplication? I'm not looking to cut corners, i just want proven parts. I know that i have read that Crower rods are pretty good. But just give me your input here, trying to keep my noobish questions off of the advanced tech section
