best piston?

Do you have a question regarding your car? Or is this just a general question? Whatever your goals for your car are, it will be different on which pistons will work better.

For a DD, 2g pistons
For a street, mild strip car, I like Wiseco's
For a Strip only car, I like Mahles, B/c they are super light, just don't expect to get 30k out of them.

in my opinion I'd say ross. If you feel the side of a weisco piston it's pretty smooth but you can still feel grooves, when you feel the side of a ross piston it's as smooth as glass. that's quality

Some of the machine marks are left in the skirts for oil retention. A lot of stock piston have the same grooves for the same reason. Its not about quality, its about longevity.
