I'm thinking of going to a 90mm piston what would the head made for a 86mm piston need?

If it's a dsm it's not gonna happen. The bore spacing is 88mm.

And stock bore is 85 mm. a 5 mm over bore is huge... You would definelty have to get the block sleeved and your rod ratio would be ridiculous.
