Most people may think this is a stupid but i cant figure it out I have a 95 TSI and i was wondering how many belt my car should have?

Don't feel bad - no question is too stupid. Inside the engine there is a timing belt (TB) and a "B" belt (B = front balancer shaft). Outside there is a power steering belt (PS), alternator/water pump belt (ALT), and an air conditioner belt (A/C). Some people remove the 2 balance shafts along with the B belt to gain some hp. If the A/C doesn't work, often the A/C belt is removed (and sometimes the compressor also to save weight).
