Belts....

Whenever i first turn my car on one of my belt squeaks for like 1 or 2 minutes. Is there anyway to fix this? My belts are new.....

they might be too tight or loose. I'd check the tension on them and adjust accordingly.

My belts were squeaking also... I checked which one was loose and found out that it was my alternator belt. i tightened it and it all good now..

Mine as well, that happens in the winter time on my car when the belts are cold they contract and sometimes start squeaking so they have to be tightened up.

mya lt belt started to squeek, then it got so bad, it exploded, and lit off a smoke screen in my driveway luckily.
