Belt whining

Every time I start up my car you can hear that loud noise coming from the belts I checked them and they fine no cracks should I replace them anyways or what do I do it only last like a couple secs but its loud

I checked my harmonic balancer this weekend and there were no cracks no wiggle but when I started the car it still whines like crazy even more when I give it gas but will stop after a couple of seconds should I just replace the belts they don't look bad at all no cracks or what else should I check

I had this problem, tightened the power steering belt as tight as I could and all the noise went away. I can still twist it about 90 degrees so it isn't insanely tight.

Remove all accessory belts to see if whine is still there. If not, mount them one at a time to see which is causing it and then determine if it's the belt or a bearing in the item the belt drives.
If whine is still there, mount belts and look again at the harmonic balancer for in/out movement while someone revs the engine.

Honestly, just start the engine and pop the hood. Look at the belt side of the motor and usually if something is making an awful noise, it's awful looking also. The harmonic balancer is deeper than the others in the bay, so look way down and see if it wobbles at all when it's running. If it is, there's no doubt that's where the sound is coming from. It helps to pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from to narrow your search down.
