There is a kind of whine/whistle sound. I checked the belts and its not them but it sounds like it's coming from their general area. What's going on?

Do a boost leak test, my guess is that maybe you have a leak that is whistling when its under vaccuum.

It only makes the sound after sitting there for a couple hours and it's cold. As soon as it is warmed up it stops. Will the belt make sounds for reasons other than being to loose?
