For starters it is the stock 7 bolt at 147K miles.
Mods include:
AGP RS49T 50-trim turbo

Tubular exhaust manifold

Now I noticed a rattle coming from the engine bay one night while out driving. I DO NOT BEAT ON MY CAR and wasn't when I heard it so I took it to the house. Three days later I drove it again thinking that something might have been loose and the one time I hit my full boost setting (15psi) it was LOUD! Get it to the house and come to the conclusion that a rod has to be knocking. Now I noticed low oil pressure and ESPECIALLY that night. Got the oil pan off yesterday and inspected. the main and rod bearings I pulled out were scored. Not BAD but enough to feel with a finger. The crank seemed unharmed.
Back in December I cracked a valve. Took me close ot 7 months to get it back on the road (money...) and two months later this happens. Again, I rarely beat on the car (seriously) and just don't know.
So the question is...WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THIS?
I have decided I would like to put a new motor in. Might do a 7bolt or a 6bolt (whichever is cheaper right now) because I plan to build a 6 bolt for it within the next 8-10 months so I just need something to hold me over.
But yes I just want to open a discussion for my knowledge as to what could have happened?

.Mine was caused by oil starvation, not sure what else could cause it but that might have been it.
