I removed my BSC Yesterday and I lost 2 PSI ( was around 11psi) Now its at 9psi BUT, it is holding strong and not tapering off like it use to. I also cleaned my air filter(k&n, was super dirty including the housing!!). Now I just sold some stuff and I am thinkin about a MBC..I had seen a thread on one the we get a discount from a dealer on e-bay??.. Will I beable to recoupe the lost boost? An also if I have read correctly I can safly turn it up to 14-15 psi...right?
BTW its a 92 Eagle Talon TSI FWD

yes I removed the bcs all together (left it pluged in) but I ran hose from boost source to my waste gate

Yes that sounds about what it will do. The stock BSC will bleed off enough air to gain a couple lbs of boost. Dont get a cheap Ebay boost controller. I don't know how much they are on ebay but you can spend a few bucks more and get a hallman or a joep mbc. You should be able to regain those lost 2lbs.

They might I am not a big fan of anything off Ebay.

Yes there is a hose off the stock BSC for when it bleeds off it can recirculate. But once the stock BSC is removed the hose has no affect on the boost the way he has it plumbed.
