Battery or Alternator or Electrical Problem? Please Help!

The past couple of days my battery has died after leaving the car sit over night. I took the battery in to Sears to get tested and they said it was fine. I put the battery back in and checked the voltage with the car on and it was 13.2v to 13.9v. I then checked the alternator with the car on and it was putting out 14v but only about 12.2v with the lights and a/c on. Is this normal for the alternator or is it going bad?

Could my battery be draining due to a bad ground or a short? I checked all my fuses and they were fine.

I also noticed something weird about a month ago. When I turn my key to the "ON" position not start, my A/F gauge starts to read and move around on the rich side instead of the lean side which it should. What could cause this to happen? Could this be my problem?

the a/f thing sounds normal to me. mine also does that (it kinda bounces around a little but tends to go towards the rich side more times)even when the cars is on but in idle, once i gas it, it'll gives a solid reading though. it sounds fine to me.
i'm also having similiar electrical issues, i have a new alt. and battery and belts. and still wont start if i let the car sit for a day or so. im almost positive its a bad grounds somewhere. u just got to check everything one at a time..boost controller, gauges, tt, stereo, alarm etc.

Def. a power drain somewhere, check the gauge wiring you mentioned
