First off, Thank you Gofer for helping me! I sincerely appreciate it.
One thing I will have to figure out is how to post datalog. Don't know how to pull the file from link yet.
I just noticed yesterday that ISCpos is 0 at operating temp, and can't be adjusted w BISS. It jumpts to 90 or so when warming up. Checked resistance 1-2 2-3 4-5 5-6 and they're all 30. I supplied 6V volts to 2-5 and grounded 3-6 and it twitches. Haven't performed the thumb test. So this I'm guessing would have to be resolved first.
Backstory
I bought this car a month ago and I've done all the basics. Maintenance, fixed boost leaks, timing is 5 degrees BTDC when grounded. So now I'm in the process of basic tuning w V2 which it came with (was told it had V3). I purchased the update yesterday so I will remove it and send it back to ECMTuning right after I post this. Below are the mods it has, and I have verified them.
Big 16G
2G MAF
RC550
Walbro 250 w new screen filter & fuel filter & rewired also. Stock regulator isn't leaking, so I'm guessing the FP is correct. 36psi from what I've read.
FMIC
AEMWB in the rear - think it's an older one bc I don't see P4 on the back that I've read about.
I'll have to dive back in this when I get V3 back, so I won't have an update or checks, for about a week unless it's something I can do without the board.
COMBINE FT ISSUE
So here is the issue besides ISCpos. Airflowperrev is .25-.27 and all Idle readings are correct - Switch, TPS, Throttle%. But the CombinedFT is -20% in closed loop. I've tried removing deadtime and the only thing it did was change RPMs & come in and out of closed loop more frequently. All are full operating temps.
Sorry this was so long.
Is there an app on iPhone for DMStuners?
Many Thanks!
Tony
ANNOTHER QUESTION
AEMWB is installed in the rear and wired to ECU as frontO2. Is this correct, or should I wire the factory O2 signal back in? I've read it gets lazy since it's further down the line. Could this be a reason why I can't dial in combinedFT?
