I recently got all my boost leaks taken care of so I've been trying to get all my idle tuning set. (This is on Dsmlink V3 and car is on stock injector right now)

So yesterday is when I started messing with it. I got all the values to the desired points i.e. airflowperev~.25, CombinedFT~0% AFR`~14.7. My combined fuel trim started around 28%?? This is on stock injectors and 2g maf. My base fuel pressure is 42psi. In order to get my Combinedft down to 0% I had to increase the deadtime to 335 for stock injectors. But it ran really good, the best it has ever.

So today I go out to continue tuning. Start it up and with the same setting as yesterday the CombinedFt rises up to 28% again. Then random times during logging(most of the time) I will get no value at all for combinedft, it will just read 0. Along with the messed up Fuel trim, my brand new o2 sensor does not cyle.

I know it would be a lot easier if I had a log, I will get one tomorrow.

If you are loging your wideband with ecmlink you can just use o2 simulator feature and not even have to use a stock o2. I set it up like that on all the ecmlink cars and it seems to work great. I get 27 mpg highway and 22 mpg city with my 1550cc injectors.

I tested it out more today and this is what I found. During idle I don't get any reading from the o2 sensor, but once exceeding a value around 10% throttle it begins to read perfectly normal. It also brings the AFR's down. My question is, is there some sort of threshold that needs to be adjust or some sort of setting that may be enabled/disabled? I was going to get a long but then my computer died.

Got my logs! During idle the o2 reading change between .02v and .04v. Let me know what you think. I have everything zeroed out right now.

Wow, the idle log didn't attach. It won't let me attach it either because it says it's already attached, but it's not showing up...

Got it!

Would being in closed loop be indicated as a '1'? If so during idle and cruising it's staying it open loop mode. While logging closed loop the only value it shows is 0.

My wideband is not being logged. The AFR's I am giving are just from looking at the gauge.

The reason I metioned closed loop is because last time I had the car out, the only value that was shown by closed loop was 0. Unlike the logs I posted.
