bad noise coming from motor

I have a bad knockin grinding noise in my motor im not sure what it is. The balance shaft belt broke but both of the balnace shafts were still good but I eliminated them anyways. It still knocked after that so i did rod bearings and that didnt seem to help either. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be? Maybe main bearings?. Oh and by the way it still has good oil pressure.

check the throw out bering on the tranny and the main bearings could be one of those. my freind had that problem and it was his trhow out bering. and i for me it was a rod bering but it was to late which led to a 5 inch hole in my block and a couple thousand in work.
