Motor has this knocking sound. Sounds like it's coming from more of the top of the motor. Goes with the speed of the rpms. But sounds inconsistent. What could it be? I'll post a video. Thanks.

How exactly to tell if they are not firm and tight? Sorry, first time working with these

That isn't rockers. Rule out the accessories. Take off each belt one at a time. Whatever it is I wouldn't run it long

Mine 6 bolt just started a noise about a week ago. Whenever your revving yours up I can hear a noise behind the loud ticking noise. That’s what mine sounds like. The noise starts around 2,500 rpms and the more you rev it it seems to go away. But I can leave it at idle all day and it won’t make a noise.

That's definitely not typical "lifter tick." Can you tell if it's more pronounced on the timing belt side or trans side?
Very first, check your oil/filter for forbidden glitter. STOP and don't start it again if you find anything. Seek further advise.
If the oil checks out clean:
Noise from the trans side, assuming manual trans, it's probably a bad clutch or loose flywheel bolts.
Noise from the timing belt side, like previously mentioned, check your accessories. If the noise persists, double check the torque on the timing belt tensioner bolts and tensioner pulley bolt. Might as well double check all the bolts behind the timing belt cover while you're in there. PITA, I know, but better than bent valves.

Any luck finding anything. I’m still trying to figure mine out. This is what it sounds like

I would check for the belt tensioner first by hoping the valves are not contacting pistons. Could be the tensioner went bad and tensioner arm is contacting the tensioner body.
