your ecu is the problem

P.S Welcome to DSM TUNERS

the auto 1g dsm have smaller injectors, at 4500 rpms there must be a loot off black smoke loool running rich like hell.
dich the narrowband and buy a wideband

get 1g 450cc injectors

go stock 1g manual ecu + 1g 450cc injectors stock 1g maf see how she runs

2g injectors are 450 43psi or fuel pressure
1g are 450 37 psi fuel pressure

With the vac disconnected you want the fuel pressure to be at 37.5psi. Either the launch control is setup for 4500 or the dude you bought it off of put the rev limiter super low. You will be able to adjust both in the ecmlink. I would suggest you go down to stock boost, and reset all the settings in ecmlink to defualt. Car should run just fine like this since everything else you have is mostly stock. Then do a boost leak test and fix whatever leaks if any you find. Also check and make sure all the timing marks for the timing belt line up. After you do all that then start playing around with link.

ok thanks guys I keep checking stuff out and I have found I indeed have a different mass air flow sensor
stock color from harness/new color from mass air flow sensor are as listed
.....nearest to the engine to the fender......
greenred/yellowblue
greenyellow/yellowred
greenblue/black
bigred/white
greenblack/yellowblack
greenorange/blackwhite big
greenwhite/yellowwhite
I have no idea what mass air flow sensor I have as a few of the wire colors from the harness half to then mass air flow sensor do not match the second generation or late first generation ......i am clueless

ok i got an update.. went into dsm link made sure injectors were at 450',s put flow rate at 43 instead of 36 to accomadate the 2g injectors and switched the mass air flow sensor to a 2nd gen. now it runs and idles way better but still very rich smelling and there is never a knock on the live data.....bad knock sensor?

new question ... my girlfriend has an 05 civic ulev with stock wideband (air to fuel sensor) she bought a new one can i splice plugs and make it work as a wide band on my 90
