Bad CAS?

So i have a no start problem. Plugs are good, Timing belt is good and in time, Fuel delivery and injector pulse is good, Ecu is good and have tried another and just the same. Car ran great and then terrible and then wouldnt sart again. What happens when these go out? i have a 1g awd turbo stick. I have spark, I have heard that they can still produce spark when they go bad but not in sequence like they are supposed to.

Take the CAS off the head. Turn the rotor, if you hear the injectors pulse the CAS is fine. Also try to have a plug pulled out and grounded ( I use the lift hook ), so you can look for spark. If you get pulse and spark, your CAS is good. Listen in the car for a subtle click, mpfi relay, noise from the center dash area ( behind the radio ). Just a couple starting points.
