automatic tranny issue

Okay for starters i got a ported exhaust manifold put on 16g turbo, open o2 dump, cold air intake put on today and the upstream o2 sensor is bad and throw an engine light. The car almost dies when at a light and also when you try to stay at the speed limit it shifts down to 4th like always and it shakes,to keep at the speed limit you have to hit the gas more to get it to shift to 3rd or 2nd. I'm not sure whats wrong.
Today we set the turbo at the wastegate to 7 psi because it fuel cut at a little over 10 psi.

Did you scan the car to see of there were other codes? This sounds electrical; like the car doesn't know its speed or what gear to be in? Does your speedometer work or the cruise control? If you have problems with either of those; its more than likely a speed sensor.

Also a TPS could cause some erradic shifts and stalling. But I'd start by seeing if the car has any more codes stored.

Oh.. and got to throw this out there.. if your BOV is vented to atmosphere on a stock-location MAF, then recirc that and you'll see an improvement in drivability; as this acts as a giant boost leak.
