audible sounds over car speakers

Hey, so I just got in my car to drive home from work, and I can hear the seatbelt ding over my car speakers and I hear the same noise while I'm driving, with acceleration. It's never done this before, I hope its not an electrical issue popping up?

Just kidding there is no chime for seat belt. It's probably your aftermarket cd player

Dude, my bad, I dunno why I said seatbelt, when I meant the door open beep. It was distorted so weirdly. I thought the CD player as well, so turned it off and removed faceplate, car was still freaking out. However, since I've driven it this morning, it's not been doing it anymore...
It's got me worried slightly

can you describe the noise in more details? and what aftermarket audio equipment do you have in your car? amps speakers radio etc the more you can tell me the easier I can try to troubleshoot for ya

It almost sounded like "the batteries were dying" for the door open beep. All distorted and squelching like. I could also hear the whine of the engine thru my speakers. But when I got in to go to work this am, it was fine and has been all day.

As far as aftermarket equipment, just a JVC deck and two Memphis speakers up front. The stereo is grounded also. Can anyone point me to a link, to show me how to have a thread answers/solved? I have several thread floating around I'd like to clean up.

Whining noise with engine rev is ground noise but since it disappeared hard to diagnose fully hope it doesn't come back
