Thinking about a motor rebuild and want to know at what power level will titanium and ss valves be needed? I plan on going with manley springs and kelford 264s.

...Cam's and intake don't matter all that much.
What turbo are you gonna run..... Makes a big difference on where your going to need to rev it to.
If your on a 14b/16g manley spring would probably be fine if you didn't run into coil-bind, because it wouldn't be make any power over 6200, so why rev it 8000? But if your gonna run a bigger turbo you'll need to rev it higher to get the most out of your power band, and I'd defiantly upgrade the springs from the Manley's.
IMHO, for your goals the Kelfords and Manley are a waste of money. You'd be better off running stock and spending the money on other parts of your setup. (better ic, meth kit, ect) The cam's and intake have a very small effect on the overall power your setup can produce.
FWIW, I run stock valves with kiggly street behives and DKS272's and a garbage home made intake. I shift at 9k. On the HY35 at 35psi it made peak power of 604whp at 7k, at 9k it was still making 550, yet my cams are weak sauce and my intake sucks...Cam's and intake don't matter all that much.
