Are these ebay parts acceptable? (strut bars/race harnesses)

I'm looking at picking up a set of strut bars and 4 point harnesses for my 1g and I was wondering is getting the egay version of these would be alright? The harnesses seem like something that would be alright, but the egay strut bars are mostly what I had in question.

I'm sorry but i'm calling bull shit. My friend has the megan racing one and you must be fvcking hulk to do that. Those were the ones I was refering too originally.

My rule of thumb is that if its supposed to save your life or has moving parts ebay isnt the place to buy it. Hard parts like piping and strut bars are just knockoffs of expensive ones, might even be made in the same plant in China, who knows.

I just got my front and rear ebay strut bars in a few weeks ago and I was actually surprised with the quality. For $30 shipped for both my expectations weren't that high but I was pleasantly surprised. The people saying that they are flimsy and they could bend them over there knee is total horse sh!t.

Yeah, I'm going to go with some egay ones and see how I like them. Worst case I just sell them locally for what I bought them for. Same thing with the harnesses.

I'm under the impression that the megan racing ones are about as good as the ebay ones.

I don't think the ebay one's are as thick as the Megan strut bars are & imo the Megan one's also look better.

Unless you got one thats more of a solid round bar and not these, you may not be able to bend them. These are the ones I had and they where cheap aluminum and very easy to bend Front Upper Strut Bar Eclipse 95 - 99 Megan Red | eBay
