are 1g and 2g aftermarket intakes the same?

im looking to buy aftermarket smim, i have a 2g with a 1g head . which one do i get????????

The intake manifold bolts up to the head, so get it for a 1g.

Not trying to judge you by your questions... kind of am anyway, but if you're asking that question you may want to look at the upgrade paths on this site. A SMIM is way down the road for many setups.
