ok so i got everything hookup all the wires on the harness are correct grounded to ecu and i turn the key on and the timer doesnt turn on idk where to go

did you hook the wire up to the e brake?

I had the same problem just the other day. Got everything hooked up, the e-brake, power and harness all good. Turn the key to "on" and nothing. Scratch my head, rethink and recheck my connections and still nothing. At the end all I did was play with the little connector (from the timer) that connects to the black box and it turned on. I'm assuming there was a loose pin or something. I ended up removing it as I have my fuel pump hardwired to a manual on switch so the TT does me no good .
