Does anyone sell new MHI 14b's? Do they spool faster than small 16g's or is it unnoticeable?

We just had this thread like two days ago...search.

The 14b does spool faster than the small 16g...Jusmx141 probably has a few dozen already rebuilt..If you pm him I'm sure you can get one..

Also the small 16g flows more than the 14b, so if your looking at making more power by upping spool a few hundred rpms, then the small 16g is where I would go..

Really? That's kind of an uncalled for reply, especially by a newbie. Try posting something possibly helpful, or just don't post at all.

To the OP, I would certainly get in touch with Justin, he knows his stuff. The 14b can be bought new I'm sure, but it will most likely cost about the same as a 16g from a dealer such as Forced Performance. Mitsu dealer's are known to be stiff on their pricing.

For the price of a new turbo, I would recommend getting a 16G instead of the 14b counterpart. Although a good used 14b should be fine depending on actual condition, it really just depends on what you're wanting to do.

i'd recommend going with a 16g or evo3

Since others have pointed out that we literally had this same thread appear in the Turbo Tech forum two days ago, and since I've already deleted three classified-worthy posts from this thread alone, to the Graveyard 'ye go.
