Anyone know what this is?

So after checking my ECU for EPROM (It has it ) I noticed this little guy just sitting right next to the ECU, it wasn't hooked up. Just wondering if it was something from the factory or some type of tuning device...maybe an alarm? No words or stickers telling me what it was.... Any ideas? Thanks guys!

What ends are on those wires?
It looks to be aftermarket. Not quite sure what it might be without seeing what plugs it has on those wires.

There were three wires that weren't hooked up. 1 black, 1 blue, 1 blue/white. It had 2 lights on it. 1 red, 1 green....I'm thinking it might have been an alarm or something the previous owner had or tried to do. Just trying to make sure it's nothing from the factory.

Everything in the car works fine even though this is not hooked up, right?

Yeah, everything in this car is stock. Car is running awesome, no problems. This was just sitting there so I just took it out.

Looks like a box for a aftermarket alarm.

It could be one of those tracking devices that track the car if it ever gets stolen.

Or it could be a mini battery (backup battery).

Open it up and see what's in there.
