Ok I got it. But all the files are 1000+mb...which I thought wouldn't matter since I'm on DSL. But it said it was downloading at 1-5k...and 33+ hours left. Unless there is a good file somewhere?

The reason you guys get terrible speeds on Suprnova is because everybody tries to leech. 400 peers with 50 seeds (all seeding at 1 kbps) is 50 kbps for ALL 400 OF YOU. Find a private tracker or something nicer and you'll get killer speeds (I'm on a private one and got it in less than 4 hours.)

torrents dont work like mirc does, the more pople the better, the seed uploads 1 k to a peer then the peer uploads that 1k to another peer and that other peer uploads that 1k top another and another and another, and at one given time you could have like 30 peers connected to you while they are connected to another 30, it just goes around and around, its all gets spread, so more pople on = better.

... i got it... its fun as hell its the only game i can put a stage 3 turbo on a GSX spinners, and hyrdo's... and still run 8 seconds in the 1/4 mile great game IMO... only thing thats a bit annoying you gotta drive EVERYWHERE.... kinda ghey....

What kind of files did you download? Are they CD images? Bin/cue?

If its from suprnova, it is a bin/cue. Get Alcohol 120% proof. Best ISO reader to date!

if you guys are getting the reloaded pc version then explore cd one and you will find the crack and keygen. also if you decide to get the 1.1 patch go to www.megagames.com as they have both the 1.1crack and 1.1patch. As for me i got it from mirc, when it comes to 0 day stuff nothing beats it plus better speeds than bittorent at least for me

Also 95tsinewbie... you kinda confused your self i think... you saiid alchoal is the best ISO reader... but NFS is a bin/cue.... i use daemon tools personally... no need to burn anything

Yeah BabyBlue, your right...but Alcohol does read/write all the different images... I have used daemon tools but not often.

i used alcohol to for nfsu2. Alcohol has the virtual drive thing so i never burned the bin and cues onto cdr's and its faster this way
