I have googled my ass off to find reviews on their exhaust, turbos, manifolds, etc.
I understand that their intercoolers and radiators are pretty good which has led me to believe that maybe just maybe their other parts might be descent.
I am curious to see how their 16g would last. I could buy a true 16g of clist for around the same price but I am curious.

I didn't think I would end up buying one but i was just wondering. By the end of my build I would hope to be running something a little bigger than a 16g ;)

If it's going to be a stepping stone to a larger turbo, then I'd really point you towards a used real 16g. They can be had for about the same price. As long as the wheels haven't made contact with the housing, a real MHI 16g can be rebuilt rather cheaply.

When I was last on the forum under a different name I was told to talk to jusmx about rebuilt turbos do you know if he still sells them?

I believe Jusmx is still selling the rebuilt turbos...or if you have one that needs rebuilt, he will do it.

I had a CXRacing radiator on my last DSM....ordered one for this one as well. Those are top notch, great welds, etc. Have no clue about the turbos and manifolds....

i run a cx racing 3'' exhaust and down pipe, cx racing intercooler and piping. Their t-bolt clamps are kind of weak but if you dont tighten them too much youll be fine. The cx racing 16g turbo i run on my gf's 2g. HOWEVER the wastegates DO NOT WORK on those turbos. Trust me, we blew the motor up because it spiked to 30 psi and BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM. Its a decent turbo for the money, the casting is really thin on the exhaust side so watch out for that and dont use the crappy mounting bolts and go with an OEM wastegate and id say youd be fine. Different people find that they work and dont work.

Thanks guys and also so I don't make 20 more threads I have a couple more questions.
As far as internals go I am going to be running e9 piston with either stock or manley eagle rods and for the top end stock some graveyard reground 272s with arp hardware.
My goals:
350hp or possibly more
dd
at least a mid 13 second car
My questions are:
Would I be able to run stock nt ecu, modded harness with a simple safc for 350hp?
I understand from previous threads that 350hp wouldn't be to hard with my internal setup?
Would this be an efficient set up?: my motor setup I just talked about, 650's with a wally 255, safcII,e3 16g (till I have more money to blow on a hx35 or a precision turbo) cx/punishment fmic, hks ssqs bov, mbc, tubular mani,3inch down pipe with cx catback, 2g maf, possibly WOT?
I have only a small clue of tuning dsms I am more of a vw person so if me stating the set up and numbers above make me sound like an ass let me know :D.

When it comes to radiators and intercoolers, they do a very nice job. Alot of the piping and such you can sneak by with from CXR and some ebay stores. With the aftermarket turbos and turbo hardware it's a bit of a different ball game. I've seen some turbos not make it very long, and some have lasted suprisingly longer. With the bov's and wastegates, I've seen some destroy turbos because they're not relieving, and causing tons of compressor surge.

I'd agree to go real on a 16g.
