any ideas on how to flow more?

So basically the car is a 99 gst, relevant mods are

BPU's
AGP l2r
SS tubular manifold
650cc injectors
supra twin turbo fuel pump
hks 264/272 cams
dsmlink
and some more stuff

ANYWAY, At 18psi the car is only flowing 34lbs,

I can tune things on dsmlink but don't know where to start
Anyone know how I can get this thing to flow more air?
 
you mention relevant mods, BUT your profile is empty, do you have a 3" exhaust? intake? and alot of the car is made in tuning. I would suggest following the tuning guide both here and on DSM link. And read up on the possibilitys of DSMlink.

I flow 34 lbs/min on the BT28 with 24 or so PSI (about as much as it can do here at 4200 ft). And yes this was measured before the GM maf was put on IE stock 2G mas. I do not know what 18 PSI can flow on that turbo. How does the car feel? Or are you just looking for big numbers? more boost can always help.
 
sorry haven't really filled out the profile mods, so heres the full list
not really looking for big numbers just a faster car. yeah, the car pulls hard up top but I know it has more potential. If i boost higher on than 18psi on pump gas it starts to knock

DAM nice list man. all that stuff will not even fit witht he charater limits of the mod box. I wish I were so lucky. Have you ever compared your numbers to other with the L2R at 18PSI? I mean 34 aint bad, but to increase airflow it may require more boost. I know with a 50 trim you produce more power than a 60-1 does at lower presure, but after upping the boost to a good 30PSI, the 60-1 dominates. Maybe this may be a similar situation. you could also contact AGP and see what they say the turbo can flow at 18PSI and that way your not shooitng yourself if the foot worrying about it? But minus a intake mani your setup is PRETTY DAM solid.

PS checked for boost leaks, in a blow thru you could lose air BEFORE the GM MAF and it will never see it. making it look like a smaller number?
 
the car does have a exhaust leak but no boost leaks, think that affects anything?
 
Where is the exhast leak, head to mani or mani to turbo or wastegate to o2 housing, if yes then yes, after the above then no. But I would still fix it, I hate the exhaust smell, more so from my non green car that kills trees as a drive by. I swear the stench form my car has killed birds following too close.
 
Affecting Power mate. Big power killer. It makes your turbo laggy too the worse it gets. My T28 took 5500 to spool when I lost my turbo to mani gasket. THAT SUCKED. Not to mention my engine got dirty.
