:dsm: I just bought a 91' Mitsu GSX. This is my first DSM It has had a motor swap done by the previous owner the reciept for the engine shows gauranteed under 20k miles. It WAS running great for like 2 days. Now the CEL is on and it runs like crap. I towed it to Mitsubishi Dealership today they are gonna look at it tomorrow. Anyways once all this thing is running like it should i was looking for suggestions on Stage 1 upgrades, i still need this car to be my everyday driver just want a little more performance. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :D

Read up on the car and either try to do some things yourself or find a
decent mechanic outside of a dealership. Honest guys that work in their
own garage can be great cause they have no overhead . If you have to
take it to a dealership for every little thing then you may need to take out a
loan or something. Once you get the basics and
maitenance done then u can def do the stage 1 upgrades.

Okay,,thats a DEFINITE plus. A Pocketlogger would be great for you and would let you not only see and erase check engine lights, but also help you tune your car and see whats going on. Plus mine paid for itself in 2 weeks after 2 check engine lights that usually cost 80 bux to diagnose.
