any ideas?

okay,
well heres whats going on.
my car wont start, im getting no fuel or spark.
i have checked the fuel pump and it is good.
i dont think its the relays but it could be i honestly have no really good idea as to what could be causing it other then ECM or maybe aniti theft although im fairly sure my car has no anti theft devices, although there is a fuse for one?
if you guys could help me come up with some good idea of what it could be i would greatly appreciate it.
some random maybe useful info, its a 2g n/t no mods other then intake, it sat for about a month without being started, it dose turn over so the starter is good.

There is an asd relay under the center console by the shifter. Start there i had a car that had the same problem
