i know this isn't a "how to drag race" thread but mikes 60ft times were terrible because he kept driving through the water and then staging... if your FWD then you drive through it with the front tires and burn out, if your AWD you either GO AROUND or drive front and back tires through it and launch before the tree. guaranteed lower 60ft times, its like driving through a puddle and then trying to get traction with wet tires... :rolleyes:
next time huh? with those injectors you'll be able to safely run 20psi on that evo 3 turbo, you'll be seeing mid 8's if you can get that staging area down.

Yeah I know I kept driving through it, they kept putting me to the right lane, on that lane you cant drive around, but I plan on going 20 psi on the tune with the injectors. I put them in today at alexs place. Took like literally 20 mins to take off and put in the new ones. Alex put in the values and it ran a lil bit better than the stock, but we didn't fully tune it yet. We are for sure tuesday morning if anyone is down to chill and help. I'm also gonna put the shocks and springs in finally! Putting in wideband and I need to re-wire fuel pump aswell.

What I basically did with the headlights is use a heat gun to pry the headlight apart and take out the 2 screws that hold the black plastic cover piece in the headlight, I put led strips at the very front bottom of the headlight clear piece, then drilled hols on the bottom so the connectors of the led strips stick out, secure the led strips with clear adhesive, put headlight back together, again use clear adhesive or any other strong adhesive around the edges and connect the headlight back together and put the small clamps back, connect the led strips with the wire connectors, or they call it jumper wire, then what i did was the positive and negative of the led strips just tapped into the parking light wires. was gonna have then wired with the fog lights and led lights on only, hooked up to a switch hidden under dash but i got lazy haha. I'm glad they turned out decent. I will post some pics soon. I did have the halot light in there but the heat cracked it! it looked so sweet and original too. Ill show a pic of that aswell. Was going to do the clear corners and put some hyper white leds but photoshopped it and didn't really like it.

The guy I raced is awd but his bro has the same car but fwd. No I was not logging.

Is there anyone here who regularly drives I-94? if so is it me or does it seem that between euclid and lemon ave its like major tire resistance thought it was just my tires until I drove my wifes truck which has new tires through there and felt the same.

So I finally got the wheels put on. I didnt get the drifz ### turned out they werent in stock so I got some MSRs. Same basic principle. Black with polished lip.
